Order Wrong and they Stopped Responding

I ordered a Moto GP jacket with CE Armor from their website. I received the order without the armor. I contacted them via email( the only available form) , and was told they would send a replacement and to keep the original. That was on Jan. 1st. After 2 additional attempts to contact them, I have not received any response. They also subsequently removed all the previously listed Moto GP jackets from their website. Including the one I ordered. Straight up thieves.
