Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return new, unused, and unaltered items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items returned after 30 days and up to 45 days will receive store credit instead. We kindly ask that all returned items be in their original packaging and condition. Items returned after 45 days cannot be accepted.
Easy Exchange Process
To make exchanges convenient, simply return the item using your preferred carrier within 30 days, and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping and Refund Processing
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item and cover the item price only, excluding any shipping, handling, duties, or other fees. If your refund has not been received within 14 days, please contact us for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as we begin processing your order immediately.
Damages and Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within three business days of receipt, keeping all packaging for inspection. Most of our products come with a 1-year warranty against defects. Send your item along with contact details and your order number to our returns department for prompt assistance.
Order Accuracy and Support
If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and correct your order promptly. International buyers are encouraged to contact us before sending back any items to ensure a smooth process.
