If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return new, unused, and unaltered items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items returned after 30 days and up to 45 days will receive store credit instead. We kindly ask that all returned items be in their original packaging and condition. Items returned after 45 days cannot be accepted.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as we begin processing your order immediately.
Damages and Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within three business days of receipt, keeping all packaging for inspection. Most of our products come with a 1-year warranty against defects. Send your item along with contact details and your order number to our returns department for prompt assistance.
