Manufactured from 1.2mm–1.3mm top-grain cowhide leather, the suit features CE-approved protection at the shoulders, elbows, and knees, along with removable dual-density armor and a removable spine protector.

Designed with riding-focused details, the suit includes pre-curved sleeves, stretch Kevlar sections, stretch panels, YKK zippers, and removable knee sliders. A polyester mesh lining is used inside, while dual- and triple-stitching at critical areas and high-quality nylon thread contribute to the suit's reinforced construction.
