Worst. Company. Ever.

Don’t waste your money. The people don’t care about you or care about your customer experience. First, they told me my order was shipped when it wasn’t. Took them an entire week to actually ship my item, when it would have been on time for Christmas initially, but was not. Then the item didn’t fit, requested an exchange. I emailed them probably 5-6 times with no response. At that point, I didn’t want to deal with it anymore and requested a refund… which I’m coming to the conclusion will never happen. I don’t even know how this company is a legal company with how they completely screw over their customers.
The item I received was a nice material but smelled weird and the overall sizing was off.
